IT was a sweltering afternoon at Kerins O’Rahillys GAA grounds on Sunday as the club hosted its Family Fun and Wellbeing Day.
There was a good turnout for the event considering the beach weather and the All-Ireland hurling final competing for attention.
Part of the Lidl ‘One Good Club’ programme, there was loads to see and do on the day with fun games, a toddler area, crossbar challenge, hook the duck, face painting, live music from Owen Rua, Cassie Leen with her fun dancing, barbecue, monster raffles and more.

They also had a signed Kerry ladies jersey as one of the prizes, kindly sponsored by Kerry Motor Works, just in time to be worn at Croke Park on Sunday and Sunday week.
