A KERRY legend was honoured last night at a special night for GAA fans in the Ballygarry House Hotel.
The Kerry GAA Supporters Club’s 28th annual social saw over 130 of the Kingdom faithful gather for a night of great entertainment.
Kerry senior players Paul Geaney, David Clifford and Killian Spillane attended for a while before they had to leave because of Sunday’s game against Donegal.
The special guest on the night was eight-time All-Ireland senior medal holder, Denis ‘Ogie’ Moran, who received a special presentation for his achievements.

Also receiving presentations were Kerry Minor Football Manager Peter Keane, minor captain David Clifford, Junior Football All Ireland winning manager Jimmy Keane and team captain Killian Spillane, Under 21 B Hurling manager Ian Brick and team captain Darragh Shanahan and 2017 All Star Paul Geaney.
Guests enjoyed a four course meal while music came by Neily O’Connor. The diehard fans from all over the county had a great time discussing Kerry’s chances for the year ahead no doubt looked forward to many months of travelling to the games.
