THE decision by the CCCC to fine both Kerry and Donegal county boards €7,500 and dish out a one match ban to Neil McGee got Twitter going last night. Here’s some of the reaction…
Neil McGee one match ban. Kerry and Donegal fined e7500 each. Where does money from fines go?

Don’t expect Donegal or Kerry to take their €7,500 fines or Donegal to take Neil McGee’s proposed one-match ban lying down. #GAA

Looks like Neil McGee has been fingered by the CCCC for his wise guy handshake on Sunday v Kerry. And hefty fines for both MMA camps

I can’t imagine the ban on Neil McGee will stick to be honest. Bans have been rescinded for an awful lot worse.

Don’t see how fines are appropriate sanctions in an amateur org where it is the clubs who are the real victims#gaa#kerry#donegal

Only a one match ban for Neil McGee? That is ridiculous.

Neil mcGee getting a 1 match ban for trying to break a players fingers is getting off light enough #thug #GAA

Christ Almighty. Tiernan McCann was given 8 weeks for a dive + Neil McGee gets one game for his heinous act #thelawsanass #gaa

Neil McGee, Kerry & Donegal need not worry: between the CAC and the DRA they’ll be a ‘breach of a fair procedures’ and they’ll all get off!

One match ban for Donegal’s Neil McGee is correct but how on earth did Kerry players escape punishment???
— Adrian Logan (@OurLogie) March 9, 2016
@Kerry_Official hope an appeal re Alan Fitz card is planned esp in light of CCC decision

Will County boards soon ask for their games not to be televisied? Have to imagine Kerry & Donegal fined that much due to it being live.
