THE weather has caused another postponement in form of the Tralee 5k Santa Fun Run which was due to be held tomorrow, Sunday December 11.
The event from the Wetlands which draws hundreds of people every year has to be called off due to the cold weather, but will be held next Sunday, December 18.
A statement on the event’s Facebook page reads; “It takes a lot for us to cancel our special annual event! But Unfortunately it seems the weather is against us this weekend. We have decided to postpone tomorrow’s fun run, rather than waiting until the morning to make the inevitable decision. Stay safe, stay at home and see you all next Sunday 18th in the wetlands at 11am.”
