The Kingdom Wheelblasters is an Irish Wheelchair Association affiliated sports club for children and teenagers with a physical disability.

“On behalf of everyone involved in the club I want to say how overwhelmed and grateful we are for this sponsorship from Bluebird Care,” said Club Chairman Tadhg Buckley. “It’s an incredible gesture. This sponsorship promotes inclusion, self esteem and all the health benefits of sport which are at the heart of the club. It is very important to the club leaders and their families that club members are valued by the community and the support provided by Bluebird Care not only demonstrates this but also the positive view of disability within the company.”

The club also has a night at the dogs fundraiser coming up on October 7 which is the club’s big fundraiser for next two years. Tickets €10 available from members or tel: 087 9814246/  email kingdomwheelblasters@gmail.com
