Lotto:

There was no winner of our Club Lotto Jackpot on Sunday night last. The numbers drawn were 05, 13, 24 & 28. The five €30 consolation prizes went to Daniel Campion c/o Brendan Poff, Richard and Jane Rowan Blennerville, Dylan and Luke Walsh c/o Poff Motors, Dipo Dairio Tonevane and Kevin Lucitt c/o Rock St. PO. Next week’s Lotto will have a Jackpot of €3,400 and the draw will take place this Sunday night November 15th in Keane’s Bar. Lotto tickets are available from the usual outlets or any club officer.

Blennerville School Book Launch

The launch of the Blennerville School Book will take place on Saturday 21 November from 3 to 5 p.m.  Books will be on sale on the day.  This will be a final opportunity for people to visit the school and take photos etc. The launch will be followed on the night with a social evening in Quanes bar and all are welcome.

wish to thank all who donated clothes to our collection on 4th November which helped us raise €375 for the school.
On Saturday 21st November at 3pm, at our school, we are hosting a book launch for the ‘Blennerville School and Community Book- A Story Worth Telling.’ Everyone is welcome to join us. It is filled with history, photos, and personal stories from both past and present pupils, staff and locals who we sincerely thank for their time. It will be on sale on the day at a cost of €10 and comes with a cd with extra photos. The old school will be open for past pupils to take photographs on this day also. Thanks to everyone for sending in their personal photos and articles. It is a great read and the perfect Christmas present this year. Get your copy on the 21st!
On Friday 13th we are having a non-uniform day for Syria. Any donations collected on this day will go to the Syrian refugees.

The club would like to extend its sympathy to the families and friends of Joe Foley Tobar Naofa, Dean’s Lane and late of Knockmoyle and Leo Griffin Kevin Barry Villa’s. May they rest in peace.
