Ireland Lights Up

The rain cleared just in time for the first of our ‘Ireland Lights Up’ walks in conjunction with Operation Transformation. On Tuesday had 62 walkers with a great mix of ages. The route from St Pats to the end of the canal at the marina & back worked well.

The pace was fast at front and easier at the rear with lots of chat & mixing along the way. Thanks to all those who helped with the refreshments on return. We look forward to 7 more weeks of group walking Registration starts at 6pm setting off from St Pats Clubhouse at 6.30pm sharp, don’t forget to sign in and wear your HIGH VIS jacket.

The route for this year is starting at St Pats Clubhouse V92RH98, by the canal to the marina and back again. It is a free event and refreshments afterward. No Age limit and Buggies are welcome.
