Club Lotto

There was no winner of our club Lotto Jackpot of €3900 on Sunday night last the numbers drawn were 09,15,20 & 28. The five €30 euro consolation prizes went to:

Many Thanks to all who contribute to our weekly club Lotto. The club cannot emphasize enough the importance of our members promoting the club Lotto among family, friends, and work colleagues. The lotto is now a critical source of funds for the club. We are appealing to all club members to promote our Lotto at this time to ensure our club’s future viability. Please have your Lotto entries in by 7pm, every Sunday evening.

Couch to 5K group which started last Thursday night all are welcome to still join us next Thursday night at 6.30pm for registration and 7pm start.

Couch to 5k

Our Successful Couch to 5K initiative began last Thursday night with the amazing Al Endurance coach Michelle Greaney. There was a large group who attended on the first night but there is still time to join us next Thursday for our next session.

If you are looking for some exercise and to meet new people in your area, this is an excellent way of combining both. It will continue for 9 weeks with the finale on Sat November 25th with the 5k Tralee parkrun.

Registration begins at 6.30pm at St Pats clubhouse- Eircode V92RH98, cost for Adult €15/ Juvenile €10. Everyone is welcome to come along and join us, there is no age limit to participate! Please wear hi vis jacket if possible. Hope to see you there!

End of Season

We are very excited to announce that our very popular Parish League Tournament returns again for 2023.

This tournament will be run over 2 Sundays Oct 1st and 8th weather permitting! We will have our 4 teams The West – Dingle Way – The Bridge – Windmill. On Oct 1st 10:30am we will be playing Round 1 and 2 games and on Oct 8th our Round 3 game along with Shield and Cup finals.

We are delighted to announce that this year we will also have a girls’ tournament and teams will be made up from our U8 and U10 girls as well as our U9 and U11 boys’ teams. We will publish the team sheets during the week, and we look forward to seeing everyone there!

Juvenile Academy

The Juvenile Academy was cancelled on Sunday because of the unseasonal rain that fell throughout the morning.

U7 Boys

The U7’s are due to play next Sunday at 10am in Austin Stacks Park, details will follow in the week.

U14 Girls

The U14 Girls had their first game in the North Kerry league on Wednesday evening last at home against Shannonside Tarbert. It was a tough game against a very strong team.

St. Pats Girls all tried their best and never gave up to the final whistle. Our next game is away to John Mitchels B team. on Tuesday evening at 6 o clock.

St Brendan’s Board

St Brendan’s Board played last Saturday 23rd in the Garvey’s Supervalu Senior Football County Championship against Dingle; the weather was not great for match, but they fought well unfortunately Dingle took the lead and never let it go. Round 3 is against Dr Crokes, Fixtures to be confirmed soon.

Senior B’s

Our seniors are to play in the Kerry Cup Shield against Moyvane in Moyvane, date and time to be confirmed. Please keep an eye on O Shea’s, Byrnesworth and Old Clubhouse for details.

Congratulations

To Blennerville Footballers who played and won the Cumann na mBunscoil game against Listellick last week. Well done to all players and Paudie, Mr. Foley and Mrs. O Sullivan from Blennerville NS.

To Seamus Murphy who is Head of Department of TEM in MTU who has two students in the WorldSkills Ireland Carpentry Competition.
