‘Star’, David Moran And Three Other Kerry Players Win All-Stars

THERE was a boost for Kieran Donaghy ahead of the county final on Sunday as it was announced this morning that he has won an GAA GPA All-Star along with fellow Tralee man David Moran.

Legion’s James O’Donoghue, as expected, won an All-Star as well as Kenmare’s Paul Murphy and Laune Rangers Peter Crowley.

It was a first All-Star for Moran, Crowley and Murphy while O’Donoghue returns to the podium on Friday for the second time and it’s ‘Star’s third award.

The hurling selection will be announced live on RTÉ television on Friday evening as will the Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year winners in both codes.
