MTU President Maggie Cusack commented: “We are delighted to host the IGC’s national conference for the first time at MTU. Young people face a myriad of options in higher education and I’m very grateful for the essential role that guidance counsellors play in helping school pupils and learners to successfully navigate the various pathways and choices available. This conference is an opportunity to explore how we can include even more learners in higher education and bring about greater equality, diversity and inclusion.”
“We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone to Tralee for this year’s conference, which will be a fantastic event for all those who attend,” added Michelle Brown Hanafin.
