The fundraiser in aid of the Recovery Haven drew around 350 people who saw ‘The Supremes’ scoop the title (see previous story and photos here).
Mary Higgins, Ann Drury Kahraman and Karyn Moriarty had the crowd in raptures with their Motown pastiche, while all the other contestants had great support there on the night.

IT should be a fantastic night of music and fun for a great cause when contestants compete for ‘The Voice Of Tralee’ next month.
The Mayor of Tralee launched new event – which to replace annual Mayor’s Ball and raise funds for Recovery Haven – at the Fels Point Hotel on Thursday evening.
Jim Finucane said that this will be a positive change and, at €20 a ticket, is likely to attract more people and be a more cost effective night out for people.

“There is great talent in Tralee and throughout the county and they don’t often get on the public stage, so this is an opportunity to showcase that talent and offer a good night’s entertainment at a reasonable cost and still raise money for charity and this year the charity I have selected is Recovery Haven, who offer great support to people who are dealing with cancer and their families here in Tralee,” said the Mayor.
The ‘Voice of Tralee’ will draw on local singers and entertainers, some high profile in various areas like GAA or other well-known community organisations.
It will be held on Saturday, June 27, at the Fels Point Hotel and is being organised by Myra Fitzgerald and Joe Burkett of Premier Events, who recently organised the Killarney Mayor’s Ball and the very successful ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ event in Killarney.
Myra Fitzgerald said that most of the performers on the night have been chosen but there are still a couple of places left if they get a good proposal.
Tickets are €20 and can be bought from ‘That’s Perfect’ in The Mall, the Recovery Haven and the Fels Point Hotel, from next Wednesday.
