London Rose Aisling Hillary.
WELL the Regional Rose of Tralee contest takes place over this weekend up in Portlaoise and for one hopeful, the experience got off to an interesting start.
The London Rose, Aisling Hillary, whose dad hails from Kerry, shared a flight to Dublin with former X Factor judge Louis Walsh and a famous former contestant in that competition, Lucy Spraggan.
Singer/songwriter Spraggan tweeted a photo of the trio last night (see below) to her 633,000 followers. She is in Ireland to promote her new album ‘We Are’.
That’ll be an interesting story for Dáithí when Aisling’s interviewed on stage in the Heritage Hotel in Portlaoise this weekend.
