TLI Group To Create 90 Additional Jobs This Year

TD Brendan Griffin officially opening TLI Group’s Engineering office in Monavalley Tralee.

TLI Group has announced it will create an additional 90 jobs during 2022, as it expands and grows to cater for committed infrastructure investment plans from prominent clients such as ESB Networks, NIE Networks, SIRO, National Broadband Ireland and the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland.

The company, which employs over 850 staff across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK, has recently opened a new engineering office at Monavalley in Tralee.

This dedicated engineering office is a result of continued company growth, particularly within the renewable energy industry.

TLI Group design, construct and maintain critical utility infrastructure including electrical assets, substations and telecom networks.

The TLI Group engineering team which will be based within this facility, provide highly specialised engineering design and consultancy services to the renewable industry in the form of high voltage grid connection and substation designs.

In providing this bespoke service, the company employs a multi-disciplinary engineering team including electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineers, GIS specialists and technicians.

In the drive towards a carbon neutral economy, as set out in the National Development Plan, the company is playing a leading role in helping to deliver a brighter net-zero future.
