A TRALEE property was sold for €86,000 at the online Allsop Auction last Thursday.
Apartment 4, Block U at Kings Court, Manor West, Tralee, had a reserve range of €55,000 – €65,000, but sold for well above that attracting interest from a number of bidders. It was the only Kerry property for sale at the auction.
The property is a duplex four bedroom apartment, extending to approximately 93 sq. m (1,000 sq. ft) and is subject to a tenancy. Current rent reserved €6,000 per annum.
The area is traditionally popular with students with the ITT south campus nearby and its proximity to University Hospital Kerry.
