“We’re so delighted to have won this award. Every year, our team works so hard to deliver the very best training experience possible for thousands of primary school teachers throughout Ireland. This award is thanks to their continued hard work and endeavour for excellence,” said Tomás Finneran, co-founder of Flúirse.

Flúirse have been delivering Online Summer Courses for primary school teachers in Ireland for over 15 years, starting out in 2007 with just 7 courses; they have been at the forefront of teacher training ever since.

“It’s hard to believe that this will be our 16th year delivering online teacher training,” added Kristian O’Donovan, co-founder of Flúirse.

“Every year since 2007 we’ve strived to improve on the previous year, listening closely to what teachers tell us and improving our online experience to reflect their feedback and suggestions. I know this award will mean so much to all of our team – it’s a fantastic recognition of their efforts over many years.”

Launched in 2017, the Education Awards recognise, encourage, and celebrate excellence in the third level education sector on the island of Ireland from both State and privately funded institutions.
