Tralee Food Court And 15 Other Kerry Properties To Be Sold At Auction

This mansion in Sneem is going to auction at the end of the month.

A NUMBER of Tralee and Kerry properties — including a mansion in Sneem with a reserve of around €1.4m and Tralee Food Court at Mile Height, also for over €1.4m — will go to an online auction at the end of the month.

The auction is being held by BidX1, formerly known as Allsop.  There are 16 Kerry properties in all, located in Tralee, Sneem, Ballyferriter and Farranfore.

Tralee Food Court at Mile Height.

The biggest is Tralee Food Court at Mile Height with a guide of €1,425,000. The property is currently let to Petro Gas Limited with a lease expiry 2038. Current rent reserved €130,000 per annum. Tenants include Subway and Burger King.

Petrogas Global is a privately owned company and Ireland’s largest independent forecourt retailer with over 110 sites trading in the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.

Staying in Tralee, 1, 11, 14 and 15 Kerrylee, Oakpark, are to go to auction. This are one four bedroom detached house and three four bedroom semi detached houses. They range in size from approximately 110 sq. m – 123 sq. m (1,189 sq. ft – 1,327 sq. ft).
