FEEL like rummaging through the clutter of your wardrobe for any old, unused and unwanted clothes?
If so, then the recent fundraising activity from the ‘1st Kerry Scout Troop Tralee’ is one to sit up and take notice of!
The local troop, based out of their ‘den’ on Matt Talbot Road, Tralee is currently accepting all donations of old hats, shoes, belts, jackets, curtains, bed linens and towels as they look to raise funds for their group.
The den will be open from 10am-12pm from Monday-Friday until the end of February to accept donations.
They are asking to ensure that all clothes donated are clean. Unfortunately, they are unable to accept pillows or duvets but all other items will be gratefully received.
The troop are also currently looking for anyone interested in becoming a leader for the troops.
Anyone over 18 is welcome to come down to the hall on Tuesday nights and they will receive all the information there.
