CASTLEGREGORY’S Alan Fitzgerald makes his first start for Kerry in place of the injured Bryan Sheehan in the match against Monaghan in Tralee on Sunday.
Having recovered from injury, Legion’s Brian Kelly will go in between the sticks with Brendan Kealy making way.
Alan Fitzgerald has impressed in the two previous league games against Cork and Donegal, scoring from play in both of matches.
Tralee players Barry John Keane, Kieran Donaghy and David Moran all retain their places.
This is an important game for both Kerry and Monaghan with the winner being almost guaranteed a place in this year’s league semi-finals.
The game takes place in Austin Stack Park this Sunday with a throw in time of 3pm. There will be no TV coverage of the match delayed or otherwise on TG4.
