UNIVERSITY Hospital Kerry is conducting a survey to find out about public opinion on the hospital and its services from the people of Kerry.

The survey is part of an overall process to develop and promote communications with patients, relatives, general public, GPs, healthcare professionals, other institutions and prospective healthcare professional candidates, as well as to ensure the hospital is authentically reflected in all of its endeavours.

UHK are strongly encouraging people to respond to the series of questions in this survey openly and honestly, so that the hospital gets an accurate gauge and understanding of where the hospital is positioned in the minds and hearts of its population.  The survey is available on-line at http://www.uhksurvey.com/

If you are not in a position to complete the survey yourself, the hospital would suggest asking someone you know to complete it for you on their phone, tablet or other device.
