A LATE addition to the Tralee 800 programme has been announced and it’s a real treat for music fans.
An American orchestra currently touring Ireland will perform in town this Friday afternoon at the festival after a planned concert in Cork can’t go ahead.
At 3pm the Midwest Youth Orchestra from Chicago, which has over 40 members, will perform in The Square. They will be accompanied by tenor Paul Byrom, a Dublin-born singer who is enjoying huge success in his career.
