Trikes flying down the Short Mountain Road.
TWO local lads decided to fling themselves down Short Mountain in drift trikes, as you do.
The video on Youtube shows two men flying down Short Mountain, twisting and turning around its bends at what seems a fair old speed.
For the uninitiated, ‘Drift Trikes’ are tricycles that are designed to drift, by intentionally initiating loss of traction to the rear wheels and counter-steering to negotiate corners.
They are usually ridden on paved roads with steep downhill gradients, Short Mountain fitting that description.
You’ve got to wonder what the people in cars thought of the two men on ‘souped up’ tricycles belting past them.
