THERE was colour and excitement galore on the streets of Tralee on Saturday as CH Chemists pulled out all the stops for the best Christmas parade ever.
Hundreds lined the streets as Spiderman led the parade through town at about 2.15pm. The webbed one was joined by Doc McStuffins, Minnie and Mickey Mouse who walked along shaking hands with children while Snow White and the Seven Dwarves followed behind in the float.

The Rose of Tralee, Maria Walsh got a great reception from the crowd while Santa and Mrs Claus were there too to wave to all.
Bringing up the rear were, arguably, the most popular attraction; Elsa, Anna and Olaf from ‘Frozen’.
All the participants in the parade went to the Square afterwards and stayed for about 30 minutes posing for photographs with the children.
Then it was over to CH Chemists for the official opening of Santaland at the store by the Rose of Tralee.
Santa will be a busy man for the next three weeks!
