THE Adapt Kerry Women’s Refuge Centre has been allocated €120,000 in funding.
It’s part of total funding of over €5.25m announced today by Minister for Justice, Simon Harris TD, for more than 65 organisations to support victims of crime .
The allocations range from €3,000 to €740,000, and they cover national and larger organisations, local organisations across the country working with victims, general victims support organisations and specialist organisations.

The Kerry Adapt Centre is located in Tralee and was established by a group of parents in the town in the early 1990s.
It is a specialist domestic violence service, who in partnership with TUSLA offers a place of safety and a range of supports to women and children throughout the county of Kerry whose lives are affected by domestic violence. For more click here.
