THERE were seven properties in Kerry up for the latest Allsop auction today and six of them were sold for a total of €451,000.
The auction was an online one, where people could bid on 195 Lots throughout the day.
No.93 Sand Dune Cottages, Banna, had a reserve range of €45,000 to €55,000 and was sold for €50,000.
It’s a detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 91 sq. m (979 sq. ft).

A house at Ballyloughnane, Ballyheigue (above), had a reserve range of €65,000 – €75,000 and eventually sold for €70,000.
It’s a detached four bedroom house about 5km from the village extending to approximately 125 sq. m (1,345 sq. ft) with gardens to the front and rear.

A detached four bedroom house at Lake Road, Cromane, Killorglin (above), had a reserve range of €70,000 – €80,000 and sold for in excess of that at €89,000.
Extending to approximately 106 sq. m (1,140 sq. ft) it has gardens to the front and rear.
Down south in Glenbeigh there is a house a Mountain Stage (above) with a reserve range of €60,000 – €70,000, which sold for €66,000.
It’s detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 144 sq. m (1,550 sq. ft) 6km from Glenbeigh.
Further south, No.4 Ballinskelligs, Holiday Village, Ballinskelligs (above) had a reserve range of €115,000 – €125,000. It sold for well over that at €146,000.
It’s a detached four bedroom house extending to approximately 160 sq. m (1,722 sq. ft) with gardens to the front and rear.
The property is located in a development of holiday homes just off the R566 approximately 74km from Kenmare and approximately 71km west of Killarney.
A property at Abbeyview, Ahamore, Ballymacquinn, Tralee (above) had a reserve range of €15,000 – €25,000 bit it went unsold as their were no bids.
It’s a detached two bedroom house together with one bedroom detached accommodation extending to approximately 85 sq. m (914 sq. ft) in total. It’s located about 6km from Abbeydorney.
Finally, lands at Slea Head Drive, Dingle, (above) had a reserve range of €25,000 – €35,000, and sold for €30,000.
It’s an irregular shaped parcel of land extending to approximately 1.73 hectares (4.27 acres) located to the north west of the town fronting on to the Slea Head Drive.
