FIVE Kerry properties in all will go under the hammer at the next Allsop Auction later this month.

The properties are in Tralee, Ballyheigue, Ballybunion and Cordal and are part of 195 properties in the RDS Dublin auction at 9am on Thursday, April 28. As we reported earlier, The Sportsfield Bar building is for sale at the auction and here are the four other Kerry lots…

This property (above) at Cliff Road, Ballyheigue, has a reserve not to exceed €70,000. It’s a detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 115 sq. m (1,238 sq. ft). The subject property is situated on Cliff Road which is adjacent to the sea.
