Carraig Donn To Host Fundraiser For Chemotherapy Day Unit At UHK

A POPULAR business in the heart of Tralee will be even busier next Friday, May 3, as they host a fundraising coffee morning.

Carraig Donn will host the event between 10am to 2pm to raise funds for a new Chemotherapy Day Unit at University Hospital Kerry. The store will also be offering 20% discount on stock while the fundraiser is going on, to entice people to visit.

There will also be great spot prizes for a raffle on the day and people are asked to make a donation in return for the coffee/tea.

A new charity, ‘Comfort For Chemo Kerry’ is scheduled to launch next month with the aim of raising funds for a new Chemotherapy Day Unit which is estimated to cost €3.4m.
