“While Kerry Group has obligations to their shareholders, they have a moral obligation to the people of Ukraine who are suffering at the hands of the Putin regime. Hundreds of men, women and children have lost their lives and millions more have lost their homes and livelihoods. Many more face death and destruction in the coming weeks.”

“Many international companies have already signified their intentions to leave Russia, Kerry Group should be no different,” he added.

“Tralee and Kerry residents will need to open their homes and hearts to refugees fleeing the violence. We should never forget that previous generations of Irish people left this island in rags, many are now leaving Ukraine having lost everything due to the actions of the Russian army. Tralee and Kerry must be ready to play our part.”
