THE Association of Irish Musical Societies (AIMS) awards took place last night and there were Tralee winners.
Des Hurley took the award for Best Stage Management for the production of ‘All Shook Up’.
Tralee Musical Society also won Best Visual for ‘Children of Eden’, Lena Lynch & Team, while they were nominated for Best Chorus for ‘Children of Eden’ and Best Director for ‘Children of Eden’, Oliver Hurley.
Killarney’s Lily MacMonagle won the best actress award for her role in the Killarney Musical Society’s production of Sweet Charity. The awards were presented at the gala AIMS celebration in the INEC last night.
Lena Lynch and team also won for Tralee musical society for best visual !!
