TWO Easter Rising Commemoration ceremonies will take place in Tralee this Sunday.
The annual Tralee Municipal District ceremony takes place at 12 noon in Páirc an Phiarsaigh (Pearse Park), Denny Street, Tralee.
Mayor of Tralee Cllr Mikey Sheehy has asked Tony Bergin, President of the Kerry Archaelogical and Historical Society, to give the oration.

Then at 12.30pm, the Kerry Sinn Féin commemoration takes place from The Pikeman monument on Denny Street.
Those gathered will then proceed to the Republican plot in Rath Cemetery. The main speaker is Tralee MD Councillor Deirdre Ferris.
