Padraig McGillicuddy, Proprietor, said; “I am grateful to everyone involved; the team responded with great professionalism. Our training throughout the year has paid dividends. The emergency services were outstanding in their prompt response and assistance. The guests were also calm and composed throughout the evacuation which helped us as management assess the situation. We will continue to make necessary actions and follow protocols in order to restore the smoke damage done to the hotel block effected.”
The hotel remains fully operational and business continues as usual. Management greatly appreciates the understanding and cooperation of our customers and guests during this time.
Any upcoming reservations in the coming days that are affected by this, guests will be contacted to discuss any alternative arrangements if necessary.
