THE Council has announced the free parking details for Tralee during the Christmas period.
Parking will be free in Council-owned car parks in the town from Monday, November 28 to Monday, January 2 from 9.30am to 2pm every day. This is a change from last year when parking was free all day in Council car parks during the same period.
Shop owners and staff are encouraged by the Council to use the car parks to free up spaces on-street for their customers. Parking charges for on-street parking remain unchanged.
