GARDAI in Tralee have appealed to the public for information in relation to separate incidents in the town over the past week.
On Wednesday, August 9, between 4pm and 4.20pm, there was an altercation between two males at the shop in Caheranne village and an assault is alleged to have taken place.
If any member of the public witnessed the incident, they are asked to contact Tralee Garda Station.

That same day, August 9, a car was parked in the Manor West Retail Park. The owner of the car returned to find the rear window had been smashed and items taken from the vehicle. It’s thought the incident took place between 2.30pm and 3.45pm.
On Thursday, August 10, a burglary incident took place at a house on the Oakpark road between 8.30pm and 11pm. The front door was broken into and items taken from the house.
Again if anyone saw anything suspicious in relation to any of the above incidents they are asked to Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.
