ACADAMH NA nÒG
Preparations should be underway this week for our annual Halloween event. This always is a very enjoyable day for our Juvenile Academy and their families. All of the girls and boys always put a huge effort into their costumes. It won’t be happening this year unfortunately but to try and make up for it we have something else in mind.

So we have set out a challenge for everyone. This will lift the mood and spirits of everyone over the next few weeks plus we will post on Facebook.

We do ask that everyone draw a picture, send us a photo of yourself in your gear or Halloween costume , send us on a video of yourself doing a skill, bake , make a witch, write a few lines telling us what you love about your club or anything else you want to do. Share it with us then.
Everyone in the Juvenile Academy will be entered in a draw for a prize. The draw will take place on November 8th so you have 2 weeks!

There will be a prize for an U6 girl and boy, an U8 girl and boy and an U10 girl and boy.

ENJOY YOUR MIDTERMS EVERYONE!

NÓTAÍ NA mBAN
As part of our activities this year we should have travelled to Dublin for the Gaelic4teens day out. Hopefully we can do this in 2021.
On the social side of things we missed out on our days out but again are hoping to be able to head off next year like we normally do.
The girls love their trip to the Maharees before they return to school and the highlight of the year always  is going to Cork ice skating followed by a shopping trip before Christmas. The older ladies went to  ‘No Escape’ in Killarney last year where they had a great day out.
We all probably take these things for granted but now that we can’t do them we will appreciate them even more next year!

U14
As we all now well know Level 5 is upon us, hence we have had to cease training for the season.
The management really enjoyed their involvement with the U14 panel this year. Like all good things it had to come to an end, but not before our girls won the Co. League final.
Frank, Liam, Katie and Niall wish to thank all of the girls for their effort and determination on the field of play during the year. There is great camaraderie in the panel between all the girls.
They hope that you will stay in contact with each other over the winter and hopefully will be back on the field again early next year.
Thank you also to Frank and Katie for volunteering their time again this year. We mustn’t forget our two new recruits in  2020 Liam and Niall who were roped in to a second club. Well done to both of you and thank you!

COVID SUPERVISORS
Many thanks to Michelle, Ciara, William, Carol and Karon for your great work before and after each training session and game in making sure that each and everyone of us was as safe as possible.
