Seniors:

Sat next 28th October  will see us come up against local rivals Na Gaeil in the senior relegation play off – throw in is at the earlier time of 4.30pm in Austin Stack Park.

We have opposed the limit of 8 senior clubs in the county since it was first mooted and have disputed its merits in terms of its benefit to clubs and the county team in particular – we have taken two motions to convention in the past 5 years opposing this sanction but have been defeated both times.

Playing at senior club level is the pinnacle of many players’ careers and we would hope that we can continue as a senior club for many years to come.

We would ask that as many of you, young and old, come out and support the lads as they battle for survival.

St Brendans/Tralee Championship

We have been drawn at home to Ballymac in the St Brendans/Tralee board championship with the game to take place first week in November – fixture will be posted on social media once available.

Friends of Strand Road:

An email issued this weekend to all current members of FOSR regarding the importance of your contributions and outlining some changes which will take place with effect from 1st November next.

Some of you may have changed your email addresses which we have held since 2009,  and if you do not receive this update please send us your new email address to : pro.kerinsorahillys.kerry @gaa.ie
