Kerry To Faro Service Reduced To Summer Months

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERATHERE was bad news for spring and autumn sun worshippers as Ryanair have announced a reduction in their service from Kerry to Faro in Portugal.

Normally operating from April to October, the twice weekly service has now been reduced to just the three peak summer months of June to August.

A spokesperson for the airline said lack of aircraft capacity is the reason for the reduction, but there  are plans to increase its aircraft capacity over the next five years.

The route had proven very popular in late spring and the autumn for Kerry holidaymakers seeking deals on the Algrave out of peak season and is sure to disappoint many.
