KERRY now know when they’ll play their first All-Ireland senior hurling championship matches in 12 years.

Ciarán Carey’s, charges will first play Carlow in the Leinster Championship preliminary round on Sunday, May 1. The second match will take place six days later, against Westmeath on Saturday, May 7.

Both of these games will be played in the newly redeveloped Austin Stack Park. Kerry hit the road for the final match of the round robin against Offaly in O’Connor Park, Tullamore on Sunday, May 22.

Should Kerry negotiate their way out of the preliminary round, they will either face Galway or Laois on Sunday, June 5.

The final preliminary test against Offaly, looks to be a tasty encounter with last year’s Christy Ring winning manager, Eamonn Kelly, now at the helm in the ‘Faithful County’.

Limerick great, Ciarán Carey, will be looking to bring Kerry onto even greater heights in 2016.

Kerry’s Leinster Championship Preliminary Round Fixtures
