KERRY FC has announced that the Credit Unions of Kerry and West Limerick as the new sponsors of their under 17 academy, the stars of the future.
Welcoming the news, Damien Locke, Kerry F.C. Head of Academy said; “ We are hugely excited to welcome the Credit Unions on board as a sponsor for our talented under 17 academy. I would like to thank the credit unions for showing incredible faith in Kerry FC and our teams.”
Speaking on behalf of the Kerry and West Limerick Credit Unions, Ashley Fitzgerald commented; “Similar to sports clubs all over the county, the Credit Union network are a volunteer-driven organisation with a shared ethos and values, and this new partnership is a wonderful fit for us. Credit Unions continually invest in our younger members. Each year Credit Unions around the country run art competitions, school quizzes, classroom education programmes and of course support many, many community initiatives.”
