MERCY MOUNTHAWK are getting set to host their huge fundraising activity this coming Sunday as they look to raise money for a state of the art extension to the school.
The ‘Monster Bingo’ fundraiser will take place in the school’s gym at 3pm where it is expected that there will be a good crowd in attendance for the third year of the popular event with €4,000 in prizes to be won.
All funds raised from the afternoon will go toward continuing the building of the new extension at the school, which includes new classrooms, canteen space and learning support rooms.
The school is hoping to have this ready at some point before Christmas, with classes to begin there in the new year.
With spot prizes and and generous jackpots on the night, it seems like this is going to be one event that is not to be missed.
