KERRY properties went under the hammer at the two Allsop Auctions in Dublin this week.
On Tuesday, a two-bedroom apartment 105 Fairway Heights was sold at its reserve of €55,000 at the RDS event.
Also sold was a semi-detached three-bedroomed house in Sunnyhill Drive, Dromnevane, Kenmare which fetched a price of €100,000, considerably more than the €70,000 reserve.
The Sheilin seafood restaurant in Waterville sold after the auction on Tuesday for an undisclosed amount. It had a reserve of €150,000 to €170,000.
A thatched house in Aghadoe sold prior to the auction for an undisclosed sum. It had a reserve of €95,000. A three bedroom house in The Brambles, Ballybunion with a reserve of €75,000 received no bids.
On Thursday the second of the auctions took place at the RDS with two Kerry houses on the list for auction. Knockaderry House in Farranfore, a detached seven-bedroom house had a reserve of €150,000, but was unsold.
Finally, a three-bedroom house in Cashen Court, Listowel, which had a reserve not to exceed €65,000, was sold for €110,000.
