KINGDOM Pride in Kerry is running from July 10th to 16th and the schedule of events has been released.

The festival includes community and family-friendly events in Killarney, Tralee, and other towns and villages across the Kingdom.

The theme for this year’s Pride Festival is ‘Together In Love’ and encapsulates the spirit of what Pride is all about – celebrating love, inclusivity, and diversity.

Anyone interested in the events of the festival, regardless if they are members of the LGBTQ+ community or not are welcome to attend.

All events taking place are also for allies to come along and show their support by celebrating alongside their LGBTQ+ friends, family and neighbours.

Through a mix of events including hikes, kayaking,  bowling, art events, film screenings, family-friendly park celebrations and of course a nighttime event or two, the festival hopes to unite all communities throughout Kerry.

When speaking about the wide reaching nature of the festival this year, Co-Chairperson of Kingdom Pride Sabrina Crotty commented; “We are very excited to be bringing the Kingdom Pride in Kerry Festival to people across Kerry this year. We are especially excited about hosting our annual Pride Park Celebrations at the gorgeous Killarney House and Gardens on Saturday, July 15! Creating a festival in a county as vast as Kerry is no small feat, but everywhere we go communities are turning up and showing their support to help us bring the celebrations to life. Our theme this year could not be more apt.”

Events will be taking place across Listowel, Killorglin, Cahersiveen, Tralee, Kenmare, South Kerry, and this year’s Pride capital, Killarney.

Full event details, including dates and locations, will be available on social media, via Instagram and Facebook. Tickets available on Eventbrite.
