THERE were around hundreds of people registered for the annual Kerins O’Rahillys 5k/10k run on Sunday from the clubhouse.
There was a strong wind and spitting rain for the popular event held in aid of Kerry Cancer Support Services.
Club stalwarts Frank (Tiler) O’Connor, Caitriona O’Sullivan and Tony Corridon were instrumental in making sure the event went off as smoothly as possible.

There were competitors from as far away as Limerick, Tipperary and Cork taking part, as well as locals of course who were keen to help out the club and the charity.
Oisin Spillane was the first man home with Margaret Foley the first woman. Team prizes went to the mens team of Diomac and a women’s team from Gneegeguilla. Scroll down for photos…
