PHOTOS: Culinary Experts Give ‘Food For Thought’ At ITT Event

THE ‘Food For Thought’ showcase held yesterday was a must for anyone interested in food and the culinary arts.

A farmers market, cooking demonstrations, workshops, panel discussions and much more took place at the North Campus of the IT Tralee.

This food market featured companies from all over Kerry with paella, cheese, donuts and much more on offer to be enjoyed by students and all members of the public.

Workshops were held throughout the morning along with a range of demos and that afternoon there was an ‘In Converstion With Chefs’ panel discussion from experts in the industry on why the current chef skills shortage exist and the best approaches to training the chefs of the future.
