THE Brandon Hotel was the venue on Saturday for the Kerry Islamic Outreach Society’s ‘Seventh Annual Islamic Cultural Exhibition’.

Visitors enjoyed complimentary refreshments, gift bags, henna painting, face painting, having their name written in Arabic calligraphy along with information on Islamic faith and culture.

There was a steady stream of visitors to the exhibition in order to learn about the faith and rituals of their friends, neighbours, colleagues and fellow students living in the county, including Deputy Michael Healy Rae and Tralee MD Cllr Sam Locke.
