THE Kerry Islamic Outreach Society will host their sixth annual Islamic Cultural Exhibition on Saturday, August 17, at the Brandon Hotel.
The exhibition will be from 12noon until 5pm on the day and will feature a whole host of entertainment and informative pieces for all that attend.
There will be several things on the day for everyone to enjoy including gift bags, henna, face painting, Arabic calligraphy, video sessions and much more.

All funds raised through donations at this year’s exhibition will go towards Tralee International Resource Centre.
In past years, hundreds from the local community have attended the exhibition in order to learn about the faith and rituals of their friends in the religious community.

If Christians did the same on the streets of Mecca or any other Muslim city to pray to our God, what do think would happen!
Would the Muslim natives really be so tolerant towards the Christians and would their Islamic nations security forces protect them!
If you are not Muslim, you are a kafir in their religion an “infidel”, “rejector”, “disbeliever”, “unbeliever”, “nonbeliever” and will be treated as such.

The phrase ‘When in Rome, Do as the Romans Do’ refers to the importance of adapting yourself to the customs of the people who are in a certain place or situation and behave like they do.
Islam reverses this value in time with a carrot and stick.
The ignorant local community that attends should hang their heads in shame.
