THE junior infants at Spa NS were all chat when we arrived on Friday morning to take some photos.

The girls outnumber the boys, 16 to 10, in the class and they were already well settled in after only a few days.  The pupils started on Wednesday and it went very smoothly said teacher, Valerie Linehan.

“It was great, they were all so good. We had met them all in June when they came for a look around at the end of the school year. It was nice for them all to meet and make friends. They’re mixing well already even though they’ve come from different pre-schools,” said Valerie.
