IT was a hectic week for households all around the town with little ones beginning their schooldays.

Over in Caherleaheen NS there was a lovely welcome for the new arrivals from junior infants teacher Orla Buckley and all the staff to make them feel at ease.

One week down and many more to go then and from the looks on their faces when we visited on Thursday, they’ll be just fine. Scroll down for photos…
