Two further goals from substitute Eamon Rohan put the game completely out of reach for Mercy Mounthawk. Colm Healy did get a goal back for Mercy Mouthawk but it had little effect on the game.
It was great to see two Kerry teams contest a Munster schools hurling final, but some unpleasant scenes during two incidents did little for the reputation of hurling in Kerry.
Surely The Munster Council could have chosen a better venue for this final. On a positive note it was great to see 15 Tralee Parnells players included in the panels auguring well for the future of hurling in Tralee.
