Seven Students Receive Cara Credit Union Educational Awards

CARA Credit Union have awarded €10,500 to seven third level students in recent weeks.

Each year Cara Credit Union open their Dan Kellegher Educational Awards. Five awards, of €1,500 each, are gifted to undergraduates in a full-time course of at least 2 years’ duration and the two Dan Kellegher Memorial Awards, each to the value of €1,500, are open to post-graduates in a full or part-time course of at least 1 years’ duration.

The winners of the education awards were Lucy O’Donnell from Killorglin, Jamie Lee from Ballyheigue, Padraig White from Tralee, Sarah O’Shea from Killorglin and Fergal O’Brien from Blennerville.
