Snap4Meals Raises €15,000 For Tralee Meals On Wheels

TRALEE Meals on Wheels were delighted to receive a cheque for €15,000 on Wednesday morning, which will help greatly with their new premises at Rock Street.

Paddy Kevane, Vice-Chairman of Tralee Meals on Wheels, welcomed Ben Keohane, CEO and Founder of Snap4Meals, a new loyalty technology company based in Cork, which has already raised a phenomenal amount for the local organisation.

“We ask local businesses to become a patron and sponsor of Meals for Wheels in Tralee,” explained Ben. “In return for the donation we promote them throughout the year through our website and social media.”

“We already have 80 sponsors lined up in Tralee and hope to get to 100 by the end of the month. We hope to raise €20,000 a year to help Tralee Meals on Wheels with their budget and grow their services,” said Ben.

“We’re delighted to launch our first pilot programme with Tralee and the success we’ve achieved. We’re looking forward to working with the sponsors throughout the year,” added Ben.
