50 Years of Memories

We are currently trying to source old photos from the club also including memorabilia from events, matches, programmes, newsletters etc. The time frame we are focusing on is from 1973 onwards before everyone had a camera at hand!

If anyone has any items that they would like to share with us, we would greatly appreciate anything of interest as we are trying to create a collage of memories from the past 50 years of our fantastic club. Thanking you in advance.

We are aware these items are of sentimental value to families, so we will only be requesting copies of photos the facility is also available to scan newsletters/Programmes etc. if required.

The originals will always be kept by the owners. Any enquiries/items can be emailed to pro.stpatricksblennerville.kerry@gaa.ie or for collection of items Sharon 0879712665, Irene 0871233254

Juvenile Academy

U8 Girls

As the St Pats Juvenile season draws to a close for 2023 Sean, Norma, Sharon, and Paul would like to thank all the parents and players of our U8 girls for their support during the year.

The girls should be really proud of how far they’ve developed this year and the formidable force they’ve become.

Always a pleasure to coach, they’re a super group of players and We hope they enjoyed it!

U9’s

A super day out on Saturday last as our U9’s finished off their season playing in the Munster Blitz in University Limerick. We had two teams who played three fantastic games each where some impressive football was on display by our Boys and Girls. After the games were over the kids were glad to refuel and were all in flying form for the bus trip home. A big thanks to all our u9 players, coaches and to all our parents for supporting us all year.

Challenge Match

On Tuesday evening last our U12 and U14 Girls took on the U13 Boys for a fun challenge match. There was plenty of friendly banter between the sides in the lead up to the match. The girls played some great football and didn’t make it easy for the boys, however the boys found it easier to get the scores on this occasion, with the daylight dwindling, the final whistle was blown, and the boys were lucky winners of this contest. The banter continued in the post-match analysis but both groups left as friends. This was the final game for the boys and the U12 Girls. The U14 Girls are taking part in a North Kerry Final this week, details to follow.

U13 Girls

Well done to the U13 West Kerry Girls who had a fantastic win over North Kerry on Saturday Last in Castlegregory with a full-time score of 5.05 -3.06. The Girls are now in the U13 District Championship final on Saturday next. Good Luck to the St Pats Girls on the panel and Therese Greaney on the Coaching Team.
